The department Business Applications is responsible for developing and delivering the
corporate business solutions and processes within group`s entrance system division.
To extend our team we are looking for a IT project manager within our service management
organisation. This department is responsible for maintenance and repair of our doors at
customer`s sites
His/her role will be to:
Manage the upgrade project of our service management solution (ASTEA) as a first
assignement; and ensure the links between Astea and the current Maintenance tools
(GMAO) used by our customers .
Initiate, run and implement integration projects with our internal customers.
You will report to the head Business Applications; the position can be located in Chambéry or
Lyon.
Role and responsibilities
Engage with our customers to initiate projects, gather requirements, plan, run and deploy
projects (installation of new tools and/or upgrades of existing systems)
Coordinate and harmonize requirements of the different internal customer`s needs and
implement improvements
Coordination of internal and external service partners in France and abroad
Monitoring project progress, quality, budget and performance
Coordinate operational deployment of projects and ensure follow-up in terms of
upgrades/enhancements

profil recherché

Position Requirements
Bachelor or MSc in business administration and/or information technology
Experienced project manager who successfully implemented mid to large size projects
Experience of running multiple projects simultaneously
Prince 2 qualified or similar certification would be a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Broad understanding of application and integration landscape
Candidates would also meet the following criteria
Ideally you bring experience from a project oriented, made to order environment

Willingness and enthousiasme to run integration projects with our customers
Experience and knowledge of different project methodologies
With your communication skills and positive attitude you resolve as easy end user
problems as you advice our leadership on process improvement initiatives
Good team player and relationship builder
You are flexible and can work under pressure towards deadlines
Fluent in written and spoken
