The Analyst Developer ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) has a strong understanding of ABAP and SAP applications, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role will involve working with SAP HR, Finance and Materials Management analysts, as well as external vendors, to develop and maintain new and existing solutions. He studies and breaks down the different functions and uses of any solution.
The incumbent should be capable of developing new applications as a whole, modify existing ones and document thoroughly any change. Furthermore, he/she must be capable of delivering an end-to-end development process, from the conception of the ideas until the testing, debugging and deployment into production. The incumbent could also be in the position to delegate developments tasks to external provider or Software Developers.

profil recherché

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP, Web Dynpro, BAPIs, IDOCs, Forms (Adobe SMARTFORMS, APSCRIPT) and Reports (ALV).

Ideally, experience with a variety of ABAP development tools and technologies, such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Dictionary.

Experience in SAP Fiori development is a plus.

Strong understanding of SAP applications.

Experience working with SAP HR, Fi, CO, MM modules.

Experience working with external vendors.

Strong knowledge of Application security: OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, secure coding practices, and data encryption

Other certifications including Agile or ITIL foundation are appreciated.
Language

Working knowledge in English. Fluency in English is highly desirable.

A second working language of the Organization (Arabic, French or Spanish) would be an additional asset.
