- Ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process is expedited.
- Candidate identification and management
- Manage recruitment administration during the process.
- Engage in Recruitment and HR related project work in order to evolve HR services and capabilities
profil recherché
A University degree ideally in Human Resources, Psychology or a related business or social science.
A respected or recognized recruitment qualification from a relevant professional body would be ideal but is not essential.
A minimum of three years' professional experience in recruitment or relevant HR services.
Experience of working in an international environment or role would be an asset.
Professional fluency in English, both oral and written.
Knowledge of any other of INTERPOL's official languages (French, Spanish or Arabic) will be considered an additional asset.
Proven recruitment skills – candidate screening, CV reviewing, candidate interviewing etc.
Knowledge and experience of working with recruitment and office software suites.
Effective and efficient in managing demanding workloads.
Very good communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to persons of different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
