Job Summary

- You have more than 7 to 10 years of experience in leading large-scale IT projects in the field of investment banking, with a background as a technical and functional project manager within an Agile environment. Your knowledge of infrastructures, technical bases, processes and production environments gives you an excellent overview of the information system and new solutions and technologies.

- You ideally evolve in a large account environment, involving interactions with distributed teams around the world in the field of investment banking.

- Recognized for your ability to speak to technical teams as well as businesses, in an Agile environment, you are passionate about technical projects as well as project management, demonstrate an excellent sense of active listening, qualities of synthesis and analysis and a pronounced taste for project culture. You are looking for a prospect to become a technical project manager, a leading player on ambitious and highly critical projects in the banking and financial sector. You will evolve within a fast-growing result-oriented team and contribute to the implementation of its templates, standards while being proactive in finding quick and relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Our partner is strengthening its Project Manager team within its Banking/Finance department. You are dedicated to a global program for a leader in the banking industry in France. This position is based is located between Levallois Perret and Pantin premises at the client.

- You act as a technical referent to support the Information System department of our client in the framing and management of the project within an agile environment. Listening and proactive on standards, norms and good practices, your mission is to challenge needs, refine specifications, manage projects, in order to then work optimally with the data architects and developers teams. and deliver a solution that complies with data quality standards.

- In collaboration with the project leadership, you lead client meetings and promote an agile methodology. You also work to evangelize with the various business departments our partner's offers around analytics and Artificial Intelligence, our global Centers of Excellence as well as the catalog of factory services.

- Your main missions are the follow-up of the performance improvement plan and the technical improvements, you are the interlocutor of the production teams.

Job Requirements

- Project Management skills;

- Agile methodology;

- Relevant experience within banking/finance area;

- At least 10 years of relevant work experience as project manager / scrum master;

- Ability to speak to IT stakeholders, businesses;

- Demonstrate an excellent sense of active listening, qualities of synthesis and analysis and a pronounced taste for project culture;

- Project management skills : Agile environment;

- Production processess : Incident, problem management …

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT and business teams if needed;

- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
