As Industrial process and method manager, you are responsible for the following processes:
> PPAP (Launch of new products) including quality planning
> Support locally equipment commissioning managed by
> Production support
> Process continuous improvement projects

The strategic focus of the position is to successfully transform the current HDD/ SCR technologies &
process into robust, state-of-the-art and competitive technologies & process. On the short term (18
months), it means to be one the main actor of the accelerated development of the site.
You are responsible to lead, motivate and develop his team to meet targeted performance in the below field of responsibilities:
1- Engineering to commissionning of new process and equipment.
2- New products PPAP / Quality planning.
3- Products support and process improvements.

profil recherché

Your ideal profile:
You are from a post-secondary education in Engineering/ chemistry, with a similar experience in an international environment.
You have strong knowledge of AC processes and technology.
Statistical knowledge
You are fluent in English. Being fluent in German is a plus.
International Mobility
Knowlegde of ISO norms
