Within the R&D department (30 people), under the responsibility of the R&D Director and in close contact with all the different departments of the company, your job will be to oversee the management of all phases of the product development project process. As a Project Manager, you must plan, organize and coordinate the research and development project from the design phase to the industrialization phase.
Main missions:
* Organize and plan the different projects under your responsibility
* Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external participants
* Define the product specifications according to customer needs
* Assign and plan resources, according to the different restrictions and constraints
* Regular activity reporting
* Collect, analyze and define the customer's needs in collaboration with the Marketing department
* Oversee all significant changes and developments to the product roadmap and ensure the smooth running of the project.
* Take charge of major changes to products in its range
* Monitor new product developments
* Optimize the management of project costs and invoicing
* Facilitate the cooperation between the different departments and team members
profil recherché
A technical background (BAC +5 or more) in mechanics or electromechanics or electrical engineering, with additional training in project management, you have at least 5 years of experience in the development of industrial products combining mechanics / electronics/software.
